Atlas North Rehabilitation works with personal injury lawyers, insurance adjusters, and case managers who require objective occupational therapy findings with clear links between observed function and recommendations. We deliver Form 1 Attendant Care Assessments, Catastrophic Impairment (CAT) Determination Assessments, and functional evidence prepared for SABS. Our reports clearly link observed function, clinical findings, standardized measures, and recommendations so that the rationale for clinical opinions is transparent.
Healthcare & Discharge Teams
We support physicians, hospital discharge planners, and allied health providers by facilitating safe transitions home. We accept direct referrals for comprehensive in-home functional assessments, discharge planning, home modifications, and community-based rehabilitation.
Atlas North is founder-led, meaning the clinical director handles every assessment, report, and treatment plan. We do not operate as a high-volume clinic where files are passed off to rotating contractors. Caseloads are kept intentionally focused. This ensures that each file receives the clinical attention and responsive turnaround you expect.
